            Fluid is about filling yourself up with good sh#t, and giving you the tools to reach your full potential. In today’s culture it is so easy to obsess over our physique and compare ourselves to strangers we see on social media. If we aren’t careful, that dark cloud hovering above can quickly turn into a thunderstorm of personal critiques.  I want the fitness and nutrition information you receive here to help you embrace yourself. Remember, feeling good comes from within first and foremost. Don’t let your motivation be to look like someone else. Learning how to live a healthy lifestyle grounded in fitness and nutrition will give you the body results you have been looking for, but if we motivate through comparison, we will never achieve satisfaction. I want you to focus on the word lifestyle. If you allow yourself to evolve and commit to making smarter choices with food and fitness in your everyday life, you will start to feel, and ultimately see the effects. Making these lifestyle changes will result in a happier, healthier and more confident you.
